1. HB helps against a number of viruses and bacteria. If your mom gets sick with a cold, flu, whooping cough, chickenpox, or something similar, this is not a reason to stop breastfeeding. It provides the child with antibodies. One feeding a day may be enough to protect your baby - don't neglect it.
2. Prevention helps protect children outside of hot water: constant ventilation, wet cleaning, walking, frequent hand washing.
3. Air as often as possible. If the weather permits, do it around the clock.
4. For infections that cause intestinal distress, hand washing is most important. Make sure children wash them literally all the time.5. Use touch-dispenser soap and paper towels. The touch plank allows you not to touch the mill. Paper towels are disposable, eliminating the need to constantly wash towels.
6. Wear a mask. It can be uncomfortable and unusual, but even if you are in contact with a child for 24 hours, a mask is needed. It is important to change it every 2-3 hours.
