Choose the right time and sun cream
With sun-sensitive skin, you can tan until 11 am and after 16 pm. The rest of the time, you can simply "burn out" and get a sunburn or stroke, even if you do not have moles. On every sunny day all summer long, you must use a sun cream with protection of at least SPF50.
If you are in the sun for a long time, its layer needs to be updated periodically. Also, do not forget to apply the cream on your face - it is very quickly exposed to the sun.
