Scientists have found an additional positive effect on the body of vitamin B12.

According to researchers, vitamin B12 can have a devastating effect on cancer cells during oncological therapy with the participation of specialized funds, for example, DDC.

If this drug is introduced into the body, causing the death of cancer units, then one of its substances will act more efficiently with the help of vitamin B12.

The authors of the material, published in the journal Biomolecules, explain that cancer cells can either be destroyed or independently "turn off" their nutritional processes. In the first case, a cancer cell cannot be controlled, while in the process of its death it can provoke inflammation of healthy human cells. Most anti-cancer drugs are based on the second principle, self-digestion.
But some cancer cells have defense mechanisms against this, and vitamin B12 helps bypass them and achieve their goals.

The researchers believe that new anti-cancer drugs with B12 in their composition will be developed very soon.
