Don't do it this way: shower mistakes that everyone makes

Even if you do not spend a lot of time in the shower, but wash and go out in a couple of minutes, you probably have time to make several major mistakes that spoil the state of your skin. Here's what to avoid.

1. Water is too hot

If the water is too hot (after your bath, the bath room resembles a steam room, there is fog in it, and condensation runs down the walls), then it washes off the protective hydrolipid layer of the skin. As a result, she becomes more prone to irritation and inflammation. The water should be comfortable, and ideally, you should generally take a contrast shower: this will increase the tone and elasticity of your skin, invigorate, and improve metabolism.

2. Using soap

Many people prefer to wash with soap, rather than shower gel, so that the skin already "creaks". This is the wrong approach. Such skin again loses its protective layer, becomes too dry and fat-free. This is because the ph of the soap is too alkaline and far from the ph of the skin. Hence the feeling of tightness on the skin after bathing. You should also avoid products that foam too much - they also deprive the skin of the protective barrier.

3. Bathing with makeup on your face

If you remove your makeup while taking a shower, then, firstly, you risk doing it less carefully (without seeing result), and secondly, you can get dirty on the contrary if the remnants of cosmetics spreads over the body and will not be good washed away.

4. Long bathing

Since the water quality in the mains is poor, you should not shower for more than 10 minutes. Otherwise, your skin runs the risk of being dried out from just one exposure to water. And remember to apply moisturizer all over your body every time you shower. This is especially important during the heating season.

5. Frequent washing

There is no doubt that a shower should be taken daily. But if you bathe twice a day or more, then there is no need to thoroughly scrub your skin with a washcloth and apply a large amount of cleanser each time. In the morning, for example, watering with water may be sufficient (the intimate area can be washed more thoroughly), if before that you washed in the evening, but just went to bed. If you soap yourself and rub yourself with a washcloth several times a day, the code will only become more irritated and drier.
