Tofu in batter
You will need: 200 g tofu, 1 egg, 50 ml water, 3-4 tbsp. l. flour, salt and spices to taste, vegetable oil.
How to cook: break an egg into a bowl, add water, beat together with a fork. Add flour gradually, continuing to beat to form a dough. In consistency, it should resemble pancake dough. Season to taste with salt and seasoning.
Cut the tofu into small pieces, dip each of them in batter and fry in a pan in heated vegetable oil until a beautiful golden brown color. You can serve fried tofu with herbs and vegetables.Tofu ice cream
You will need: 300 g soft tofu, 2 bananas, 50 g dark chocolate, honey to taste.
How to cook: Cut the peeled bananas into slices and beat in a blender with tofu and honey. You should get a homogeneous mass. Chop the chocolate into small pieces and stir in the rest. Cover the container with ice cream with cling film and put into the freezer until it solidifies. Before serving with ice cream, you can serve berries or jam.
Coconut Tofu Cookies
You will need: 100 g soft tofu, 3 tbsp. l. coconut milk, 150-200 g flour, 150 g coconut flakes, 100 g sugar, 50 ml vegetable oil, 1 pack of vanilla sugar, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1 pinch of salt.How to cook: in a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, coconut and baking powder. Whisk the tofu, butter and coconut milk separately with a blender. Then mix the liquid and dry ingredients and whisk well.
Place baking paper on a baking sheet, add portions of cookies. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
