If you are struggling with obesity or want to reduce the risk of this disease, eat nuts!

This is the conclusion scientists Harvard University.

To understand how to act nuts on the body, they had a large-scale study with 51 volunteers thousand. We are talking about men between the ages of 40 and 75 years and women whose age ranged from 24 to 44 years.

For twenty years, doctors tracked the health of patients.

But nuts impact on the occurrence of obesity risk of being unique. A serving of nuts at least several times a week reduces the risk of increased body weight by 15%. Why is this happening, scientists are not yet ready to say.
