In Ukraine, since December 1, the cost of living has increased, which is reflected in social benefits.
In December, the cost of living in Ukraine was set at 2,189 hryvnia (previously it was 2,118 hryvnia) by government decision.
The PM for demographic groups was separately increased:
- Children under 6 years old - 1 921 UAH,
- Children from 6 to 18 - 2 395 UAH,
- Able-bodied adults - UAH 2 270,
- Disabled persons - UAH 1,769.
Pension increase in December 2020 in Ukraine
The minimum pension payment will grow by UAH 57, to UAH 1,769.
Also increased:
- Old age pension,
- Disability / survivor's pension,
- Pension for persons who have lost the ability to work,
- Pension for services to Ukraine,
- Targeted assistance to liquidators of the consequences of the Chernobyl accident,
- Individuals with the Honorary Donor status.
Minimum wage increase in December 2020
The salary, which is tied to the subsistence level, will remain at the level of 5 thousand. hryvnia.
But they will index the salaries of state employees:
- 11 tariff rate - from 4 383 UAH will increase to 4 472 UAH.
- 15 tariff rate - from 5 740 UAH will increase to 5 857 UAH.
- 24 tariff rate - from 9 701 UAH will grow to 9 897 UAH.
Alimony December 2020
The minimum alimony is also tied to the subsistence minimum and cannot be less than 50%:- For children under 6 years old - 960.5 UAH,
- For children from 6 to 18 years old - 1 197.5 UAH.
The recommended payments, to which the court can oblige, are twice as high - UAH 1,921 and UAH 2,395, respectively.
Unemployment benefits in December 2020
From December 1, 2020, the maximum allowance will increase to UAH 9,080.
