Ingredients:
- A hen 200 g,
- Water 1 200 ml.,
- Salt to taste
- Bow 1 pc.,
- Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. the spoon,
- Potatoes 2-3 pcs.,
- Rice 1-2 tbsp. spoons,
- Carrots 0.5 pcs.,
- Greens to taste.

1. Fill the chicken with water, bring to a boil and cook in salted water for 20 minutes.
2. Let the chicken cool and cut into pieces.
3. Chop the onion, brown it in a frying pan with sunflower oil for 5 minutes.4. Add the chopped potatoes to the boiling broth, then rice and carrots.
5. When the potatoes are tender (20-25 minutes), add the chicken, onions and herbs to the broth.
