Chicken soup with rice and potatoes

Rich rice and chicken soup can be made easily at home! It goes well with sour cream and fresh pastries, perfect for a hearty meal for the whole family, when it is important to stock up on calories.

Ingredients:

  • A hen 200 g,
  • Water 1 200 ml.,
  • Salt to taste
  • Bow 1 pc.,
  • Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. the spoon,
  • Potatoes 2-3 pcs.,
  • Rice 1-2 tbsp. spoons,
  • Carrots 0.5 pcs.,
  • Greens to taste.

1. Fill the chicken with water, bring to a boil and cook in salted water for 20 minutes.

2. Let the chicken cool and cut into pieces.

3. Chop the onion, brown it in a frying pan with sunflower oil for 5 minutes.

4. Add the chopped potatoes to the boiling broth, then rice and carrots.

5. When the potatoes are tender (20-25 minutes), add the chicken, onions and herbs to the broth.

6. Remove soup from heat and let it brew for 15 minutes. Bon Appetit!
