Diet coffee dessert for losing weight: recipe step by step
Coffee is a wonderful drink that tones the body and gives a whole range of gustatory emotions.
And if you give a coffee taste dessert - and even a low-calorie one, you will get not just a delicious snack, but a signature dish that will not leave a single extra centimeter on your waist.
Ingredients:
- 200 gr of milk
- 200 gr soft cottage cheese
- 1 tsp instant coffee
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 10 g gelatin
- to taste of stevia
Cooking method:
- Put gelatin and coffee in a saucepan.
- Pour milk over it and let stand for 20 minutes.
- Put the saucepan on low heat and, stirring constantly, heat until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
- Do not bring to a boil, otherwise the gelatin will lose its properties.
- In a separate bowl, combine the cottage cheese, cocoa, and sweetener.
- Add milk and gelatin and whisk well.
- Pour the resulting mass into dessert molds and refrigerate until solidified, for about 2 hours.
- The frozen dessert can be sprinkled with cocoa and garnished as desired.
- The dessert is delicious.
