Ingredients:

  • 200 gr of milk
  • 200 gr soft cottage cheese
  • 1 tsp instant coffee
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 10 g gelatin
  • to taste of stevia

Cooking method:

  1. Put gelatin and coffee in a saucepan.
  2. Pour milk over it and let stand for 20 minutes.
  3. Put the saucepan on low heat and, stirring constantly, heat until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
  4. Do not bring to a boil, otherwise the gelatin will lose its properties.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine the cottage cheese, cocoa, and sweetener.
  6. Add milk and gelatin and whisk well.
  7. Pour the resulting mass into dessert molds and refrigerate until solidified, for about 2 hours.
