From 12 months to 10 years old, a child can be given 50 g of cottage cheese, again, you need to come to this portion gradually. After 10 years, cottage cheese can be given 70 g per day.
It is important that such a portion is designed for the child to eat cottage cheese every day. Accordingly, if he eats it, for example, 3 times a week, then a single serving can be increased to 100 g.

You will need: 1 kg of cottage cheese, 5 eggs, 1 tbsp. sugar, 5 tbsp. flour, 1 lemon (for the zest), 1/2 tsp. baking powder, 200 g sour cream, 100 g raisins.
How to cook: beat cottage cheese, eggs and sour cream, add flour. Remove the zest from the lemon on a fine grater, add to the mixture. Put the washed raisins there. Mix everything well.
Put the resulting mass in a baking dish covered with parchment. The casserole is cooked in the oven for 35 minutes at 180 degrees.
Curd with peaches
You will need: 200 g of cottage cheese, 1 egg, 2 tbsp. sour cream, 1 tbsp. sugar, 1.5 tbsp. semolina, 1 tbsp. flour, 1 peach, a pinch of salt.
How to cook: Whisk the curd with sour cream, egg, sugar and salt. Add semolina and flour, mix well and let sit for 10 minutes. Pour boiling water over the peach in a saucepan, blanch for a few minutes, then pour over with cold water and peel.Remove the pit from the peach, chop the pulp and add to the rest of the mixture. Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Sprinkle the silicone molds with water and put the curd mass in them. Bake for 45 minutes.
Homemade glazed curds
You will need: 400 g fat cottage cheese, 120 g cream, 150 g icing sugar, 2 tsp. vanilla sugar, 1 orange (for the zest), 300 g of dark chocolate, 4 tbsp. ground roasted peanuts, 50 g milk chocolate.
How to cook: with a mixer, beat the cottage cheese with cream, lemon zest, icing sugar and vanilla sugar. Download the bars from the mass, then put them in silicone molds and leave in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Melt the dark chocolate in a water bath.
Remove the bars from the refrigerator, roll each in ground peanuts, skewer and dip in dark chocolate. Place the chocolate bars on the wire rack. When the chocolate has set, dip them into the melted chocolate again and place them on the wire rack to set again.
When the chocolate has hardened a little, take the melted milk chocolate and paint it onto the bars. Then refrigerate the dessert for at least 1 hour.
