Rolls can be not only fish. The trend this summer is fruit filling and home cooking.

Ingredients:
- milk - 400 ml;
- egg - 2 pcs.;
- flour - 300 g;
- sugar - 3 tbsp. l .;
- salt - a pinch;
- vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. l .;
For the cream:
- curd cheese - 140 g;
- icing sugar - 1 tbsp. l .;
- berries and fruits to taste.
Cooking method:
- Pour milk into a bowl, add eggs, sugar and salt.
- Then mix all the ingredients lightly.
- Next, add flour and stir the mixture with a whisk until smooth.
- Finally add the vegetable oil and stir again.
- Bake the pancakes over medium heat on both sides in a hot skillet.
- The pan must be greased before baking the first pancake.
- To prepare the cream, add powdered sugar to the curd cheese.
- Stir the cream thoroughly until smooth.
- Place the cream in a pastry bag.
- Wash the berries, peel the banana and cut into long cubes.
- Cool the pancakes. Squeeze a strip of cream onto a pancake, put berries and a banana bar on the cream.
- Wrap each pancake in a tight roll and cut the pancake rolls into pieces.
- Delicious rolls are ready.

Your landmark is dough. It shouldn't be very runny. If it's still runny, add more flour.
