What desserts can be introduced to a child's diet from 1 year old
Nutrition for children at such a young age is a whole epic with various prohibitions and not always appropriate and simple permitted recipes.
Fortunately, from one year old some prohibitions can be thrown aside. Especially when it comes to sweets. Therefore, mommy can now, without a twinge of conscience, cook the following mouth-watering desserts for herself or for a crumb.
Banana soufflé
Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 1 hour l. decoys
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 hour l. Sahara
- lemon juice
- First, boil the semolina in milk.
- Then cool it down.
- Beat the egg and sugar next.
- Meanwhile, grind the banana in a blender.
- Mix the mixture thoroughly. Add lemon juice to it.
- Bake the soufflé in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 ° C.
Fruit salad
You will need:
- Apple
- Pear
- Banana
- Drinking yogurt - 100 g
Cut all fruits into cubes. You can also grate them. Then season the finished salad with yogurt.
Apple fritters
You will need:
- 1 large apple
- 4 tbsp. l. oat flour
- 4 tbsp. l. corn flour
- 1 egg
- 1 hour l. Sahara
- salt
- First, grate the apple on a fine grater.
- Then add an egg, salt, sugar, flour to it - and mix everything until smooth.
- It is best to fry the pancakes in a Teflon skillet with a minimum of oil.
Alternate between these dishes and don't forget to enjoy the natural flavors of summer too.
