Lush melon charlotte: recipe step by step
Melon is good for a separate meal as a berry or as a base for baking.
Melon charlotte is a great option to diversify your usual diet and replace boring apples with more interesting filling. Guaranteed: a sweeter and richer taste for unforgettable moments.
Ingredients:
- Melon - 200 g
- Eggs - 3 large
- Wheat flour - 100 g
- Sugar - 100-120 g
- Baking powder for dough - 1 tbsp. l.
- Vanilla sugar - 10 g
- Cane sugar - 1 tsp l.
- Ground cinnamon - 0.5 tsp l.
- Salt - 1 pinch
Cooking method:
- Turn on the oven first.
- Then set it to 170 degrees.
- Pour sugar into a bowl, dilute it with an egg.
- Then add the vanilla sugar.
- Whisk the ingredients very well.
- Sift the wheat flour, baking powder and salt into another bowl.
- Add the sifted flour in small portions to the egg mixture.
- Pour the flour into the mixture with gentle movements.
- Charlotte dough is ready.
- Next, peel the melon and remove the seeds from it.
- Cut the berry into small cubes.
- Grease a baking dish with oil.
- Place the melon slices on the batter in a mold.
- Sprinkle the charlotte with cane sugar and cinnamon.
- Send the mold to the oven for 30-35 minutes.
