Watermelon sorbet for losing weight: recipe step by step
Watermelon sorbet is an interesting dish to escape the heat in summer.
The obvious advantage of sorbet is the ability to cook it at home. In addition, the berry dessert has a low calorie content, which means that you should not worry about your figure at all.
Ingredients:
- 400 g pulp + 4 slices of watermelon
- 20 g glucose
- 40 g sugar
- 60 ml dry white wine
- 20 ml port wine
- 20 g honey
- sprig of mint
- 10 g lemon juice
Cooking method:
- Rub the flesh of the pitted watermelon through a mixer or sieve.
- Mix sugar, honey, glucose and 100 ml of water.
- Then bring the mixture to a boil.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat.
- Add watermelon pulp, wine, ports, and lemon juice.
- Mix the mass with a mixer.
- Dip the watermelon slices into the molds.
- Next, fill in the resulting mixture.
- Place the sorbet in the refrigerator and freeze to ice cream.
Advice
For sorbet to have a really delicate taste, it is best to place it in the refrigerator overnight.
