Oven cottage cheese pancakes 

Cottage cheese is a great alternative to the heavy cereals that you cooked for your child throughout spring, winter and autumn.

Ingredients:

  • 50 g wheat flour
  • 50 g rice flour
  • 250 ml of kefir
  • 200 g cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 g raisins
  • 0.5 tsp l.
  • soda

Cooking method:

  1. Wash the raisins thoroughly and place them in warm water to swell.
  2. In a blender, mix raisins with 100 ml of kefir and beat until smooth.
  3. Add baking soda and leftover kefir.
  4. Gently add flour into the dough and mix well.
  5. Beat the protein until foamy, salt and add to the dough.
  6. Using a large spoon, spoon the pancakes onto the parchment on the baking sheet.
  7. Bake in oven at 180 ° C for 15 minutes.

Broccoli casserole with cottage cheese 

Broccoli is an excellent vegetable that protects against the development of cancer cells, and also triggers the digestive tract.

Ingredients:

  • 200 g broccoli
  • 100 g cauliflower
  • 100 g cottage cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp. l. sour cream
  • vegetable oil 

Cooking method:

  1. Divide broccoli and cauliflower into florets.
  2. Boil them in salted water for 10 minutes.
  3. Cool and cut into slices.
  4. Beat the egg with sour cream.
  5. Add cottage cheese and vegetables.
  6. Salt the mixture.
  7. Stir well and place in a greased dish.
  8. Preheat the oven and bake the casserole for about 30 minutes at 180 ° C.
