You will need:

  • 1 egg white 
  • 60 g sugar
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 20 g berry puree

Cooking method:

  1. Chop black currants in puree and rub through a sieve.
  2. Next, turn on the oven and preheat it to 100 degrees.
  3. Mix the egg white with the berry puree.
  4. Beat the mixture into a lather.
  5. Add sugar with a drizzle.
  6. Whisk everything together until fluffy, stable.
  7. Place the parchment on a baking sheet and plant the meringue.
  8. Dry the dessert at 100 degrees.
  9. Drying time from one and a half to three hours.
  10. Sprinkle the finished dessert with icing sugar.
