You will need:

  • 250 g wheat flour
  • 170 g softened butter
  • 80 g sugar

Mix the butter with 50 g of granulated sugar. Add flour in parts, each time stirring evenly with the rest of the mass.

Next, knead the dough with our hands until it becomes a homogeneous mass. We fill them with animal molds, sprinkle with sand sugar on top and put on a baking sheet covered with parchment. We bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.

You will need:

  • 200 g cottage cheese
  • 120 g flour
  • 20 g sugar
  • 25 g sunflower oil
  • 25 g butter
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1/3 teaspoon baking soda

Mix cottage cheese, sugar, salt, melted butter and sunflower until smooth.

You will need:

  • 100 g honey
  • 100 g butter (fat content - 83%)
  • 100 g sugar
  • 150 g rye flour
  • 150 g wheat flour
  • 50 ml milk
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon cardamom
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda

Mix rye and wheat flour with cinnamon, ginger, cardamom and soda. In a separate container, combine honey, sugar, butter and send it to the fire until the sugar has completely melted. Pour the hot mixture into a mass of flour and spices, add milk in portions, stirring thoroughly.

Let the dough cool, wrap it in plastic wrap and send it to the refrigerator for several hours.

After that, we divide the dough into 2 parts and roll out the dough in turn to a thickness of 5 mm, after sprinkling the table surface with flour. Using molds, cut out figures from the dough and transfer them to a baking sheet covered with parchment.

We bake for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees.
