Ingredients:
- Water - 600 ml
- Gelatin - 20 g
- Fresh peaches - 2 pcs.
- Sugar - 3 tbsp. l.
Cooking method:
- For cooking, take peaches, water, sugar, gelatin.
- Pour gelatin with water and leave it for 30 minutes until it swells completely.
- Meanwhile, peel 2 peaches and remove pits.
- Cut the peaches into slices.
- Place the peaches, sugar, and water in a saucepan.
- Bring the mixture to a boil and cook for 3 minutes.
- Grind the hot mass with a blender.
- Combine the hot peach mixture with the swollen gelatin.
- Stir the jelly until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
- Refrigerate it to room temperature.
- Pour the mixture in portions and place it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours until it solidifies.
Advice
To help the jelly harden and be firm, leave it in the refrigerator overnight.
