Cherry biscuit recipe: how to cook in 10 minutes

Cherry sponge cake is much easier to make at home than you previously thought.
Summer days with an abundance of seasonal fruit so they ask to cook a biscuit with cherries. The recipe for this dish is incredibly easy to follow, so it's also suitable for beginners. It is best to pay attention to the juiciness of the cherry: the final taste of the biscuit depends on it.
Ingredients:
- Eggs - 6 pcs.
- Sugar - 200 g.
- Flour - 130 g.
- Cherry - 200 g.
Cooking method:
- First, separate the whites from the yolks.
- Beat the egg whites with a mixer until thick foam.
- Add 100 g of sugar and continue whisking.
- Add the remaining sugar to the yolks.
- Grind them until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Transfer the yolks to the whites.
- Mix the mixture gently.
- Then add flour in small portions, constantly stirring the biscuit dough from bottom to top to saturate the mass with oxygen.
- Transfer the biscuit dough to the mold previously lined with parchment.
- Place the cherries on top.
- You need to bake a biscuit with cherries at a temperature of 180 degrees for 35 minutes.
