Stuttering in children occurs due to various reasons, from congenital problems to psychological reasons.

We suggest that you and your child practice the following exercises that will help you get rid of your baby's stuttering.

Blown out candle

The child picks up strips of paper about 10 cm from the lips. Then he should begin to slowly and quietly blow on the candle to deflect its flame. This will help to develop the oral apparatus better.

Burst tire

The child should take the following starting position: spread his arms in front of him, as if imitating a splint. On exhalation, the baby should slowly say the sound "sh". In this case, the arms should be crossed in such a way that the right hand lies on the left shoulder and vice versa. The chest is easily compressed at the time of exhalation. Taking the starting position, the children involuntarily inhale.

Balloon

This exercise is similar to the previous one. But on exhalation, the child must pronounce the "f" sound.

Buzzing beetle

Take the following position: arms are raised to the sides and slightly laid back. From the outside, it should be like a flap of wings. On exhalation, the child pronounces "w-w-w-w", lowering his hands down. Taking the starting position, the children involuntarily inhale.
