You can spend each of them at home and in a few minutes.

To define a clear picture of your health, you need to undergo a complete examination. It's not very fast and not cheap at all. Of course, express tests cannot replace a full-fledged diagnosis.

But even if they tell you it's time to worry, then it’s definitely time to visit a doctor.

Thyroid health test

Stand up straight, close your eyes and stretch your arms out in front of you, palms facing up, fingers apart. Way someone will put a piece of paper in your palm. If at the same time the fingers and paper on them tremble, it is time to consult an endocrinologist.

Heart and Respiratory Health Test

You will need a stopwatch for the test. Sit on a chair and other surface (for safety). Take a few deep breaths and exhalations, after one of the exhalations, hold your breath and notice how much you can not breathe.

Then rest for a couple of minutes, breathe calmly. Take a deep breath and hold your breath again. See how long you can stop breathing.

Normally, you should hold out for at least 25-30 seconds on exhalation and 40 seconds on inhalation. If it doesn't work out, it's time to check the health of your heart and respiratory system.

Edema test

Press firmly with your thumb on the area at the top of the foot, closer to the lower leg. When you remove your finger, see how quickly the fossa disappears. If within a few seconds, then you have no edema.

Blood circulation test

Pour very cold water into a glass, dip your fingertips there and hold for 30 seconds. If during this time they turn white or blue, then blood circulation is impaired and you urgently need to see a doctor.

Do not do this experience if you are in pain, or during pregnancy or before you turn 18.

Spine health test

Dress so that you can see your spine from the side. Lean forward, reach with your hands to the floor. At this time, someone close to you should examine your spine.

What should cause anxiety: the vertebrae are not located evenly, one or more are "knocked out"; some vertebrae protrude or are depressed relative to the general level.

Sit on the floor with your legs apart. Here again, outside help is needed. Magnet forward and stretch your arms as far as possible without bending your knees.

Have someone close to you measure the distance you can reach: from heel level to the end of your fingers (hands should be farther than your heels). If more than 15 cm is an excellent result, 5-10 cm is good, less than 5 cm is not very good.

It is important to check the health of your spine, as well as monitor your weight and do stretching exercises.
