What to cook while losing weight on a diet: low-calorie panna cotta kiwi banana
Nobody forbids you to lose weight with benefits not only for health, but also for your nervous system.
Ingredients:
- 500 ml - milk 1.5%
- 20 g - gelatin
- 1 - kiwi
- 1 - banana
Preparation method:
First, knead the gelatin in cold water for 10-15 minutes.
Pour milk into a saucepan.
Place it on medium heat.
You can also add sugar if desired if you are lacking in sweetness.
Then add the gelatin.
Stir until completely dissolved.
Remove the pan from the heat.
Let the mixture cool slightly.
Cut the banana into small pieces.
Slice the kiwi in half and spoon out the pulp with a spoon.
Add banana and kiwi to milk.
Then whisk everything with a blender.
Put it in the refrigerator for 6 hours.
