How to prepare for independent childbirth in quarantine, how to make the process as natural and comfortable as possible?
Make a birthing plan and discuss it with your doctor
We plan everything - both a working day and a wedding, but we forget about childbirth. And then we are surprised that then something goes wrong.
And you take and write down how you represent your childbirth, formulate your wishes, and think over everything.
Chat with mums who gave birth in the same conditions and who loved their birth
If you do this, you will be infected with their positivity, good mood and wonderful emotions. Ask them questions: what they did and how, how the contractions went, how they coped in childbirth.
Come to the maternity hospital in the active phase of labor
Do not come to the hospital before labor begins. We recommend staying at home as long as possible. How much longer? Here the rule applies: 5-1-1: contractions every five minutes, the duration of the contraction is 1 minute, and this alternation lasts one hour.

Create conditions for childbirth in the delivery room
Ask to turn off the light, put on your headphones and turn on your music, light the aroma lamp. This will help you focus on your feelings.
Stay calm in any situation
Forget about stress, worries and negative emotions. You must be so prepared that in any situation you remain in a state of immersion in yourself.
Hadjust to any course of labor
It happens that you need to apply medical intervention. We do not know how your childbirth will take place. But tell yourself the following:
“I don’t know how my childbirth will go, but whatever the path, I will go through it with love, and I will be grateful for the opportunity to be a mom.”
Call a friend
You have these 30 minutes, during this time you can get support from a loved one: husband, duola, mother, sister... Call someone who will help you get rid of your fear.
