What to cook for a schoolboy for dinner: broccoli salad with bacon and mango

Do you want to please not only yourself, but also your child? Then make a broccoli salad with bacon and mango.
It's time to cook something unusual.
Ingredients:
- 150 g bacon
- 500 g broccoli
- 1 bell pepper,
- 1 mango,
- 1 bunch of green onions
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of apple cider vinegar,
- 1 hour a spoonful of mustard
- 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sugar
- ground black pepper to taste,
- salt to taste.
Cooking method:
- Divide the broccoli into inflorescences and boil in salted water for 3-5 minutes. Then cool in cold water.
- Chop the bacon thinly and fry over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
- Use paper towels to remove any excess fat.
- Prepare the salad dressing. Add mustard, vinegar, sugar, salt and black pepper to the fat left after the bacon.
- Stir, bring the sauce to a boil, add vegetable oil and, stirring constantly, keep on fire for 3 minutes.
- Chop green onions finely, add to hot sauce and remove from heat.
- Cut the bell pepper into thin strips.
- Cut the mango into small cubes.
- Combine all ingredients, stir and season with sauce.
