Lead by example
If you parents rarely adhere to purity and order, then demanding ideal behavior from a child is pointless. Start with yourself. Buy organizers, put everything on the shelves, involve the child in the process. If he sees that everything is in place for you, he will not be comfortable being surrounded by scattered toys.
Turn the process into a game
Require order from a child under 6 years old is meaningless. He still does not understand everything and will not be able to take responsibility for his things, and even more so for the cleanliness of the room. If you want to teach your child how to clean up after themselves, try making this process a game. Invite your child to sort toys by color, shape, or even better - arrange a competition - who will quickly put things in order in the nursery!
Reduce the number of toys
If you want your apartment to always be tidy, and family members do not stumble over toys, just reduce their number. Hide them in a closet and replace them after a week. This will make the toys even more welcome for your little one.

Use the Montessori technique
Try the following method: invite your child to put away the toy immediately after he has finished playing, and do not allow him to take a new item until the previous one is assembled. Just explain to your child, do not pressure him.
Motivate
Praise child, do not scold him for mistakes and laziness. Create a progress chart and place it on the refrigerator. Don't forget to thank your kid for their help.
