Nausea is one of the main signs and indicators of problems in our body.
Hunger
When a person does not eat for a long time, the amount of sugar in the blood decreases. Especially if the last thing you ate was carbohydrates (even harmless cookies). This can cause nausea and dizziness. If this is the case, try to satisfy your hunger with complex carbohydrates such as whole grain bread or a serving of fresh fruit. Avoid eating fatty or protein foods - they do not raise sugar levels and can slow down the absorption of carbohydrates.
Thirst
Even the smallest lack of water saturation can lead to nausea. If, in addition to unpleasant sensations in the intestines, you feel severe weakness, dizziness or confusion, this already indicates severe dehydration.Ear infection
If you experience ear pain along with nausea, this may indicate an infection. The brain immediately receives a signal that the pressure in one ear is different from the other. This causes dizziness and nausea. If you notice a change in hearing, congestion, headaches and fever, go to the otolaryngologist.
