What to cook for a student for breakfast: fruit pancakes

Although the selection of fruits is still small in spring, you can still have time to please yourself with a fruit dessert.
Today is the time to please yourself and the whole family with something. tasty.
- 1 apple,
- 0.5 lemon
- 250 g sour cream,
- 150 g flour
- 2 eggs,
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 3 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar
- 10 g vanilla sugar
- 10 g baking powder
- salt to taste.
Cooking method:
- Peel and seed the apple and rub on a coarse grater. Sprinkle the fruit with lemon juice to prevent browning.
- Stir eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar.
- Combine eggs and sour cream, add sifted flour with baking powder, salt and knead the dough.
- Add fruit mass to the dough. The dough should be not too steep, silky and stringy.
- Spoon the pancakes into a frying pan in heated vegetable oil and fry on both sides until golden brown for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve warm, freshly prepared breakfast pancakes with sour cream, jam, tea, or compote.
