Although the selection of fruits is still small in spring, you can still have time to please yourself with a fruit dessert.

Today is the time to please yourself and the whole family with something. tasty.
  • 1 apple,
  • 0.5 lemon
  • 250 g sour cream,
  • 150 g flour
  • 2 eggs,
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 3 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar
  • 10 g vanilla sugar
  • 10 g baking powder
  • salt to taste.

Cooking method:

  1. Peel and seed the apple and rub on a coarse grater. Sprinkle the fruit with lemon juice to prevent browning.
  2. Stir eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar.
  3. Combine eggs and sour cream, add sifted flour with baking powder, salt and knead the dough.
  4. Add fruit mass to the dough. The dough should be not too steep, silky and stringy.
  5. Spoon the pancakes into a frying pan in heated vegetable oil and fry on both sides until golden brown for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Serve warm, freshly prepared breakfast pancakes with sour cream, jam, tea, or compote.
