Unconditionally, without any delay, you need to contact the law enforcement agencies. And then, if you are not lazy, and you should not be lazy when it comes to child abuse, you need apply to the district service for children with a statement about the need to check the family and behavior parents.

According to the TV presenter, common cases of parental cruelty towards children are, in part, related to laws and their perception in our country.

In the USA, for example, the situation is completely different. I don't think their laws are perfect, but they have a lot to learn. The attitude towards children, in my opinion, is phenomenal there! If a mother or father is cruel to a child on the street, the police and a child protection officer are immediately called there. And then - the parent goes to the authorities and begs for the child to be returned to him. Parents must prove that they are good. In our country, everyone around us must prove that the parent is bad. Only then there are questions to him from the service for children. By definition, all our services are sure that dad and mom are always right, that he and the parent, in order to punish, “beats - it means loves”. It is not right. Therefore, I think if you know about cases of child abuse, it is definitely worth reporting it!
