The weekend is a great time to pamper the whole family with delicious sweets as breakfast.
Ingredients:
- Kiwi - 2 pcs.
- Bananas - 2 pcs.
- Mandarins - 1 pc.
- Dark chocolate (70%) - 180 g
- Cottage cheese (5%) - 250 g
- Powdered sugar - 75 g
- Vanilla sugar -16 g
- Mint - 2 sprigs
1. Melt the chocolate in the steam bath.
2.Lubricate the silicone molds with melted chocolate and place them in the freezer for 20 minutes.
3. Beat the cottage cheese, icing sugar and vanilla sugar until smooth.
4. Peel and dice the kiwi and bananas.
5. Disassemble the peeled tangerines into wedges and cut each into 3 pieces.
6. Combine chopped fruit with curd.
7. Add chopped mint leaves. Stir.
8. Melt another chocolate bar.
9. Put the curd-fruit mass into the molds with frozen chocolate, pour melted chocolate on top.
10. Place in the freezer for 15 minutes. Then remove the chocolate-covered cheesecake from the molds.
