Ingredients:
- Walnuts 150 g,
- Sugar 270
- Eggs 6 pcs.,
- Cognac 1 tbsp. l.,
- Baking powder - 10 g
- Crackers 1 tbsp. l.,
- Milk 600 ml.,
- Corn starch 70 g,
- Cocoa 60 g,
- Bitter chocolate 70 g,
- Whipped cream 250 ml.
Cooking method:
1. We prepare the chocolate dough without flour: beat the yolks with sugar (120 g), add the nuts and cognac.
Beat the whites and salt separately and slowly mix with the yolk mass. Add the baking powder to the dough and put it in a baking dish sprinkled with breadcrumbs.
2. Bake the cake for 40 minutes at 170 degrees. Cool and refrigerate overnight. Take out and cut into cakes!
3. For chocolate cream, mix sugar with cocoa, starch and milk.
4. Keep on fire until thickened, then add chopped chocolate and whipped cream to the cream.
5. We coat the cakes with cream, decorate as desired. The cake can be served in an hour. Bon Appetit!
