Usually beets are cooked for a long time - at least 1.5 hours, but you can cook them much faster.
Method 1. Wash the beets well, dry with a paper towel and place in a roasting sleeve. You can take a regular plastic bag and tie it tightly. Make one puncture of the bag with a knife and send it to cook in the microwave for 10-15 minutes. Cooking time, of course, directly depends on the size of the beets.
After a while, remove the beets from the microwave, but leave them in the bag until they cool completely. Then cut and measure doneness. If the middle is a little raw, put the beetroot pieces in a bag, tie and microwave for another 4 minutes.Method 2.
