During the cold season, children get sick with ARVI at least several times per season. How can you help them cope with the disease?
Hot chocolate
For cooking, you will need 0.5 liters of milk, 1 bar of dark chocolate, 2 tablespoons of honey and a cinnamon stick.
Pour milk into a saucepan, add cinnamon and heat well. Rub dark chocolate into hot milk, stir, bring to a boil. When the drink has cooled slightly, add honey and stir well until dissolved.
Lemonade with ginger
On a fine grater, grate the ginger root until you end up with about 1/2 teaspoon. Pour a glass of hot water over it, add a slice of lemon and a leaf of mint, a little honey. Let the drink brew for 10-15 minutes, warm if necessary. It is important not to overdo it with the amount of ginger, so that the drink is not very spicy.Caffeine-free cinnamon latte
This drink can be rather conventionally called a latte, since coffee is not included in its composition. You will need 2.5 cups of boiled water, 1/2 cup milk, 2 cinnamon sticks, and 1 tablespoon of liquid honey. Pour water into a saucepan, add cinnamon and bring to a boil. When the water cools down a little, add between, stir well so that it dissolves. Boil the milk and beat until frothy, then add to the water with honey and cinnamon.
Apple mulled wine
For cooking you will need 1 liter of natural apple juice, 1 orange, 1 green apple, 2 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, a pinch of ground cinnamon, a little dried carnations. Pour the apple juice into a saucepan, squeeze the juice out of the orange there. Mix orange zest with cinnamon, cloves and honey and add to apple juice.Peel and core the apple, cut into pieces, add to the juice. Pour lemon juice into the drink, warm well, stir and let it brew for at least 30 minutes.
