You have no idea how important it is to comb your hair correctly.
1. Choose a comb that suits your hair type. Massage brushes work well for thick hair, and fine-toothed combs. Dry, damaged and colored hair will be gently detangled with a silicone comb. But it is better for everyone to refuse metal combs. They do more harm than good.
2. Comb your hair from the ends to the roots. First, unravel the ends with the comb, and then gently lift up. Hold the strands with your hand so as not to pull them and not injure the hair follicles.
3. Get in the habit of using a leave-in conditioner. It smoothes hair scales and makes the comb easier to slide.
How to brush tangled hair
At risk are girls with thin, long and dry hair. Fortunately, this can be easily avoided.
1. To avoid hair tangling, apply conditioner after washing and rinse hair with cool water.
2. Use hair masks once a week. But not more often.
3. Treat your hair with an indelible product before combing it.
4. Monitor the condition of the curls, regularly trim split ends.
5. Braid long hair in a loose braid at night so that in the morning you have no difficulty combing it in a couple of minutes.
If your hair is tangled after sleep, you do not need to tear it apart with a comb. The best option is to wash your hair, apply conditioner, then rinse. Dry your hair with a towel. Use a wide-toothed comb and comb your hair gently from the ends to the roots.
