Office work can often affect our posture and overall well-being.
Try to keep your back straight during work. If you neglect to track them, put a reminder on your phone. After a while, you will get used to it, and the need for this will disappear.
Take breaks. Every hour, and preferably every half hour, get up and walk. It would be nice to walk for a couple of minutes, but if you don't want to leave your office, take at least a few steps.
