Collect all the necessary things in the hospital in advance, put them in a convenient bag and put them in a prominent place.

List of things in the maternity hospital for the child

  • disposable diapers (5-6 pieces per day). When choosing a size, be guided by the weight that was given to you at the last ultrasound.
  • odorless wet wipes;
  • diapers or clothes: cap (2 pcs.), socks (2 pairs), undershirt, bodysuit or overalls (2-3 pcs.) and mittens. In some maternity hospitals, both clothes and diapers can be given to you, teaching you how to swaddle your baby correctly so that he is comfortable and comfortable;
  • dummy. If you plan on teaching your toddler to use a dummy, bring a few different options with you. Kids are very picky about this. Experiment with different shapes and materials.

On discharge:

  • clothes for mom;
  • seasonal clothing for the child (blanket / envelope);
  • decorative cosmetics;
  • envelope for a child (light or warm, depending on the weather);
  • car seat (if you order a taxi, be sure to make sure it will be there).

  • passport;
  • fluorography (not more than 1 year old);
  • the result of the analysis for Staphylococcus aureus;
  • clean slippers that can be washed;
  • clean changeable clothes;
  • disposable set of clothes (bought at the pharmacy).
