It is a pity that the result after the usual washing of the cutting board with the use of detergent is not always perfect.
Vinegar and salt with lemon
This is the most popular way to clean wooden boards. If your cutting board is heavily soiled, soak it in the solution vinegar in a 1: 1 ratio for a few minutes, then rinse, rinse under water and wipe dry. Sprinkle salt on the board and rub it with half a lemon. Wait for a while, and then rinse off under running water.
Bleach
Pour hot water into a bowl and add 1/2 cup liquid chlorine bleach. Wait 30 minutes and then rinse the board with dish soap.
We recommend:
Use bleach on plastic boards.

Baking soda
Baking soda perfect for removing odors after cutting onions, garlic or fish.
Mix baking soda with water and apply it to the board. Leave it for an hour, and then wash the board as you usually do.
Potatoes
Another great option is grated potatoes, which, just like with baking soda, can be applied to the surface and left for 15 minutes.
Vegetable oil
A great way to care for scratched boards. Mix 3: 1 vegetable oil and vinegar and wipe down on a cutting board.
