Ingredients:
- 300 g flour
- 200 g butter
- 100 ml ice water
- A pinch of salt
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- For filling:
- 200 ml cherry juice
- 1 liter canned cherries
- 200 g sugar
- 2 tbsp starch
- Cinnamon to taste
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp butter
Cooking method:
Rub the butter into crumbs with your hands. Add ice water, salt and lemon juice. Knead the dough and refrigerate for half an hour.Pour cherry juice into a saucepan, add sugar, cinnamon and bring to a boil. Stir starch in cold water and pour into cherry juice. Add lemon juice and cherries without liquid. Cook for 2-3 minutes, add butter at the end. Put to cool.
Divide the dough into two parts, put the larger one in a mold and form a basket. Lay out the berries. Cut strips from the rest of the dough and lay them on top in the form of a grid.
Place in an oven preheated to 200 ° C for 40 minutes.
