But there is one great recipe that you can safely use, even if this is your first time preparing this dish. The cheesecakes will definitely turn out to be successful, and you don't even have to make sure that they don't burn in the pan. The secret lies in the good ratio of ingredients and cooking in the oven.

You will need:

  • 200 g cottage cheese
  • 5 tbsp sour cream
  • 3 tbsp Sahara
  • 3 tbsp semolina
  • 2 tbsp soft butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • a pinch of vanillin

How to cook? Combine cottage cheese with sugar, eggs and vanilla, then add butter, semolina, sour cream and baking powder. Mix everything thoroughly until smooth.

To get neat cheesecakes in the oven, you need to put the dough into molds. Bake for 20-30 minutes at 180-200 degrees.

When the cheesecakes are cold, they can be taken out of the molds and served with honey, jam or sour cream.
