Today we will tell you about three recipes healthy salads that will not affect your figure the next day.

Chicken and pomegranate salad

Ingredients:

  • chicken legs, boiled - 2 pcs,
  • pomegranate - 1 pc.,
  • lemon juice - 1 tablespoon,
  • parsley - 1 bunch
  • onions - 2 pcs.,
  • salt,
  • ground black pepper
  • vegetable oil for frying.
Cooking method:
  1. Separate the legs from the skin. Then - meat from the bones.
  2. Chop the meat into chunks or tear with your hands.
  3. Cut the onion into half rings, and then fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
  4. Disassemble the pomegranate into grains.
  5. Chop the parsley.
  6. Mix all the ingredients in a container.
  7. Season the salad with a tablespoon of lemon juice, pepper and salt.
  8. Mix everything well.

Salad with crab sticks and mushrooms

Ingredients:

  • champignons - 200 g,
  • crab sticks - 200 g,
  • carrots - 1 pc,
  • onion - 1 pc,
  • canned corn - 1 can,
  • vegetable oil for frying.

Cooking method:

  1. Cut the mushrooms into slices. Fry them over high heat until all the liquid has evaporated.
  2. Chop the onion.
  3. When all the liquid has evaporated from the mushrooms, add the onions to them. Cook for about two minutes.
  4. Add chopped carrots to the skillet. Cook until the carrots are tender.
  5. Season with salt and pepper and remove from heat.
  6. Cut the crab sticks into half rings.
  7. Combine mushrooms with vegetables, crab sticks and corn in a bowl. Stir.

Greek salad"

Ingredients:

  • sweet pepper - 2 pcs.,
  • tomatoes - 3 pcs.,
  • fresh cucumbers, small - 5 pcs.,
  • red onion - 1/2 pc.,
  • feta cheese (feta cheese) - 100-150 g,
  • pitted olives - 10-15 pcs.,
  • lemon juice (wine vinegar) - 1 tbsp.,
  • garlic - 1-2 cloves,
  • salt - 1 tsp,
  • oregano (oregano or marjoram) - 1/2 tsp,
  • extra virgin olive oil - 4 tablespoons,
  • ground black pepper - 1/2 tsp

Cooking method:

  1. Cut the cucumbers into half rings.
  2. Cut the tomatoes into large slices.
  3. Coarsely chop the bell pepper.
  4. Cut the onion into half rings.
  5. Stir all ingredients.
  6. For dressing, chop the garlic, add salt, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, 4 tablespoons olive oil and ground black pepper.
  7. Pour the dressing over the salad.
  8. Cut the cheese into cubes and place on top of the salad.
