Berlin biscuits, also called ears, will make your family tea especially warm and cozy!
- Cottage cheese 250 g,
- Butter 50 g,
- Flour 250 g,
- Sugar 200 g,
- Baking powder 3 tsp spoons.
Cooking method:
1. Sift the flour with baking powder, rub the cottage cheese through the sated, and rub the butter on a coarse grater.
2. Mix butter with cottage cheese, flour and butter.
3. Knead soft dough and roll it into a rectangular layer. Fold in half and roll out, repeat two more times.4. We put the dough in the refrigerator for 5 hours, then roll out the rectangular layers.
5. Sprinkle sugar over the dough. Wrap the dough twice in the middle on both sides of the layer and fold it in half again. The resulting roll should be cut into small pieces about a centimeter thick.
5. We put the cookies in the shape of hearts on a baking sheet covered with parchment, bake for 10-20 minutes at a temperature of 220 degrees.
