Spread out a sheet of pita bread, brush on the inside with an egg, lay out the minced meat in an even layer, leaving a little free space at the edges. Wrap the side edges inward over the filling so that it does not fall out. Load the pita bread into a roll, brush with an egg on top. Bake in the oven at 170 degrees for about 30-40 minutes. The readiness of the dish can be judged by the golden brown crust.
