You don't need an oven with this simple delicious treat recipe!
Ingredients:
- Sour cream 20% 500 g,
- Egg 2 pcs.,
- Sugar 220 g,
- Corn starch 15 g,
- Butter 200 g,
- Vanillin 1.5 g,
- Flour 250 g,
- Salt to taste.
Cooking method:
1. For the cream, mix 150 grams of sugar with cornstarch and eggs, add sour cream to a homogeneous mass.
2. We put the saucepan with the cream on the gas and cook for 5-6 minutes, stirring constantly.
3. Add 50 grams of butter and vanillin to the cream, let cool.
4. For the dough, mix the flour, the remaining sugar and salt. We take butter and wrap it in flour, rub it through a coarse grater.5. Grind the flour mass until crumbs form and fry in a pan for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
6. Now we take the forming ring of the desired diameter, divide the crumb into 4 equal parts, which will become 4 cakes.
7. We spread the crumb in the first layer, then apply the cream, repeat the process 4 times.
