And the most correct thing is to eat walnuts (if nothing without a nutty taste), rich in vitamin E, which, as you know, is an excellent antioxidant.

Plus pumpkin seeds, in the processing of which a preservative is used, which prolongs the shelf life, but negatively affects the health of the thyroid gland.
