We all know that old age, unfortunately, cannot be avoided. Sooner or later, wrinkles, gray hair and all the "charms" of age-related changes in the body will overtake us. Some of them can be delayed, I'm talking about primary facial wrinkles.
There are many reasons for their appearance, I have already analyzed in detail in previous articles. But there are two important stages in facial care, ignoring which can provoke the appearance of premature wrinkles. It's about cleansing and moisturizing, no matter how tired you are of these two words that constantly appear in beauty.
Any skin type should be cleansed and moisturized if you want to look well-groomed and younger than your age.
1. Cleansing
In addition to the appearance of premature wrinkles, poor-quality skin cleansing affects the complexion, it becomes dull and gray, which also adds age. With poor cleansing, dust, dead skin particles, sebum, decorative cosmetics, etc. remain. All this makes further care useless, the layer of dirt does not allow serums and creams to work in full force.
From all that has been written, you might think that when washing your face you need to urgently rub with soap and as much as possible, and cleansing "to a squeak" speaks of the quality of the work done. This is a fundamentally flawed conclusion; quality cleansing can be delicate.

After using the foam, there is no feeling of tightness of the skin, it gently and with care cleanses the skin, while having a delicious scent of a juicy pear.

2. Moisturizing
Oily skin without moisture becomes dehydrated, while dry skin begins to flake and wrinkle. From insufficient moisture, the skin loses its firmness and elasticity, because moisture does not linger on the upper layer (I wrote in more detail in the last article). All this provokes premature wrinkles, which could be delayed with sufficient moisture.
For good hydration of my dry skin, I prefer to use two products at once: serum and cream.
La Roch-Posay Moisturizing Concentrated Anti-Wrinkle Serum contains two types of hyaluronic acid. Low molecular weight HA - allows you to work in the deeper layers of the skin, how deep they go depends directly on the size, the smaller, the deeper. High molecular weight HA remains to work on the upper layers of the skin, retaining moisture.
Hyaluronic acid is able to attract and retain water, so be careful when using it during the heating season.
Vitamin B5 or pantothenic acid is not as well-known as hyaluronic acid, but it is a necessary component in cosmetics that is responsible for skin repair and healing. Especially necessary for those who have frequent allergies to cosmetics, skin diseases or rashes. And this is not all the benefits of vitamin B5: it improves skin tone and maintains its elasticity, which is a must for anti-aging care. Once upon a time I also wrote in more detail about B5.
The consistency of the serum is gel-like, somewhat similar to jelly, but at the same time it is well distributed over the skin. Her consumption is small. I apply any serum with trampling movements, as if helping to pass the components to their "workplaces". Leaves stickiness, for me this is not a problem, because I always cover the serum with cream.
I understand that the price of cosmetics can outrage many. But this is La Roche. Proven by many, with a competent composition and just cosmetics without an iota of claims about effectiveness. Gold finds for 50-100 rubles are, of course, good. But when you are over 30 years old, then these spending on budget finds turn into collecting unnecessary trash on the shelves in the bathroom.
