5 Mexican rules of youth and beauty. There are beautiful people in this country at any age

I love Mexico! A country of beautiful and positive people who keep up with fashion trends and at the same time have their own style.

They even have their own beauty procedures, with cactus or agave, for example. Their jojoba oil gave the owners of aging, dry or oily skin a cheap and high-quality option for transforming it into a normal skin type. I wrote about this in detail last time (who missed - link below).

I like their positive attitude, even with regard to the phenomenon of death of family and friends. For us, this is a strong stress, we arrange a commemoration, we are sad, we cry. What are the Mexicans doing? They are happy and have fun! Everything is like in films with black humor. They perceive death as a step forward into another world, the afterlife, which is much better than it was on earth. Even with the arrival of the Spaniards with their Christian traditions, the Mexicans did not change their attitude towards death, they are sincerely happy for the deceased. And they can even joke calmly on this topic.

But today we'll talk more about Mexican beauties. How do they manage to preserve their beauty for decades (the emphasis is on beauty rather than youth, because people can look their age and be beautiful), and what rules are followed, which can be adopted by us.

1. Add coconut oil to your diet

Fry - refined. For everything else, directly squeezed coconut oil.

Mexicans are very fond of coconut oil, especially in the state of Yucatan, where they consume it in huge quantities, like the Czechs do beer.

And there is even an interesting fact: the inhabitants of Yucatan have an increased metabolism, it 25% faster than Europeans.

This is because coconut oil has so many antioxidants that it can reduce oxidative stress, thereby increasing metabolism.

And also coconut oil perfectly converts cholesterol to pregnenolone, which forms the entire hormonal cascade in our body. Cholesterol is the basis of everything in our body: the formation of steroid hormones begins with it, vitamin D, everything you need to digest fats, and is also the main material for building membranes cells.

As for pregnenolone, all literate modern scientists have long agreed that its increased content makes a person's life better and longer. Here You can read about why pregnenolone deficiency is bad.

We can say that coconut oil is the foundation in building the beauty and longevity of Mexicans. Beauty is induced from the inside, as they say.

2. Wear bright!

Very important for older women. Down with clothes in monotonous dark colors that make women fat, sullen, and all this in general makes them age.

More bright and colorful clothes! Yes, so much so that even the most mischievous young lady who loves to discuss the wrinkles of strangers on the Internet would not have a desire to analyze age.

Make-up takes a back seat. The main thing is bright clothes!

3. Only do light makeup

Mexican women do not pluck their eyebrows (they generally correct their shape to a minimum) and don't use a whole arsenal of multi-layered makeup.

It is believed that the abundance of decorative cosmetics is harmful to the skin, even if the compositions of the same tonal bases come with moisturizing components.

They do light makeup (with the exception of carnival makeup), paint their eyes and lips. They take a very responsible approach to the issue of make-up removal and skin care in general: even if the skin of the face is oily, with acne and enlarged pores, it is better to take care of it rather than mask it.

It is worth noting that their local components in cosmetics, judging by the reviews of real people, have an effect visible to the eye. But for some reason, cosmetic companies are in no hurry to release lines with Mexican ingredients in the composition. Politics or customer care - we don't know.

4. Afraid of hair loss? Then do not be afraid of burning masks

For us, hair masks with red pepper are not new for a long time. But the opinion about them is ambiguous: someone did and is satisfied with the result, others are either afraid of pain, or they attribute such masks to folk recipes and do not take them seriously.

Some trichologists believe that pepper hair masks are useful in enhancing blood microcirculation and thereby improving the nutrition of hair follicles. And this, in turn, will allow the hair not to become thinner, to normalize the work of the sebaceous glands (the hair will not turn greasy so quickly) and to prolong the life of the hair.

In Mexico, many girls make jalapeno hair masks and are happy with the result. Moreover, there are those who mix tequila with jalapeno and apply it to the head.

5. Use cosmetics in skin care that contain a component that is used in anti-burn products

It's simple. Any active ingredient in a burn remedy should accelerate the regeneration of skin cells (ie, "produce" new ones faster). For example, everyone knows aloe.

Mexican women use cosmetics with Tepezcohuite mimosa bark extract (who did not know, mimosa can be a tree, not just a shrub).

The same mimosa Tepezcohuite

About Tepezcohuite (pronounced as "tepezkokuandte") hardly any of you have heard about cosmetics with this component have not been written in Russian glossy magazines and advanced beauty publications. Although Salma Hayek has her own line of cosmetics with Tepezcohuite in the composition. If you are interested in reading about this, let me know in the comments.

This Te-pez-ko-ku-I-te (God, how difficult it is to pronounce!) Was used by the Mayan civilization in remedies for burns and wounds. Now the Mexicans realized that the extract of mimosa bark has excellent regenerative properties, and began to produce serums, creams, bar soaps and hair products with Tepezcohuite.
