There is one seemingly trifle in hair styling, which we then miss with the styling agent for its unstable root volume.
It is a hair conditioner. For some reason, some people apply it the way they should apply a styling agent.
Apply conditioner to the crown (like the shampoo itself while washing your hair) - error. Why? Because with the conditioner we need to seal the hair scales, and not add maximum moisture to the hair roots and scalp!
Natural hydration in these areas during the day will provide us with sebum, why else need a conditioner? Hence, there will be no root volume.
How is it correct?
Apply the conditioner not to the roots, but a thumb's width from the roots. The difference in styling will be enormous, check later.
The styling agent should be applied to the roots, and not along the entire length. This is obvious, because volume cannot be achieved without raised roots.
By air conditioner consumption:
1) for short hair - with the pad of the index finger;
2) for long hair - a little more than a thumb pad.
You should not overdo it with conditioner, otherwise it will weigh down the hair (accordingly, it will be more difficult to make the volume) and get dirty faster.
