In order to reduce the waist by 5-7 cm, as well as tighten the skin on the inside of the legs, top instructors in practicing fitness and advising others to use the simplest exercise, for which you will need to spend no more than 3 minutes.
This exercise requires only one condition - you need a vertical wall, free of furniture, against which you can lean back, and its covering will allow you to do this without any restrictions - this is not whitewash, but thick wallpaper, or a hanging carpet, or something like that.
Exercise "high chair"
To perform such an exercise, you need to have a cheerful mood and elasticity in your legs, since you will have to strain a little and provide yourself with a rigid stand near the wall.
To perform the exercise, you need to go to the wall, lean your back against it and gradually sit down on an impromptu, but non-existent chair, that is, simply move slightly with your back down and comfortably sit in rider pose.
In this case, the knees should be in line with the heels, and the legs at the knees should be bent at an angle of about 90 degrees (right angle).
Sitting comfortably against a wall in a riding position, bending your knees at right angles and sitting on an impromptu chair or any other place to sit, as anyone can imagine, you need to hold out at least 1 minute.
Trainers recommend starting this exercise from 10-15 seconds while in this position.
That is, a person walks up to the wall, puts his feet shoulder-width apart and sits on the “chair” for 10 seconds.
Such a short approach will make it possible to understand how stable a person can be in this position and whether doing this exercise will harm him any traumatic factor: falling down, crunching in the knees, overexertion in the buttocks, or inability to rise from the "chair" position to the position vertical.
After carrying out such test approaches, you will need to enter the mode for about 1 minute.

This complex allows you to significantly reduce the waist and tighten the skin on the legs. The whole point of the complex is to perform the exercise every day, without breaks and weekends.
It is carried out as follows: every day in the morning and in the evening you need to do the "chair" exercise, starting from a time of 1 minute and bringing up to 3 minutes for 10 days.
After that, you need to take a break for 3 days and continue to do the exercise for another 10 days.
It is not recommended to be in the pose of this exercise for more than 3 minutes, since during this period the intensity of blood flow in the organs decreases slightly and a person just needs to change position, walk.
After performing this exercise for two to three weeks, the waist will become significantly thinner, the hips will become elastic, and the skin on them will tighten.
