Products for cooking:

  • Beets (1 pc);
  • 200 gr of prunes and walnuts;
  • 1 clove of garlic;
  • Olive oil (2 tablespoons) spoons);
  • Half a lemon.

Recipe:

Soak prunes in clean water (20 minutes). We wash the beets, peel and cook (about an hour), rub them on a coarse grater. Peel the walnut and crush it into small pieces. Mode one clove of garlic.
