The point of protecting the joints is not to overload the diseased joints and not to break them even more. Sometimes it is enough to take care of the joints in a certain way, and they will immediately hurt less. These are ways to preserve what has not yet fallen apart.

Respect pain

This is the first universal rule. If the joint hurts, then something is clearly wrong with it. He semaphores you and draws attention to himself. This is especially important at the very onset of the disease. If the joints hurt for no more than 3 months, then you need to respect their pain. During this period of time, you can easily pound the joint or, on the contrary, save it for the future.

Solid model soles usually do not fit, rubber soles as in sneakers do not fit, ankle boots and work boots do not fit either. Sandals, slippers, and high-heeled shoes will not work either.
