Today I want to raise a burning topic that worries many - hair loss.
I have a regular seasonal hair loss, but this fall my hair has fallen out like never before. I was not only afraid to go to the comb, but just to touch my hair. I really thought I was going to go bald.
I tried a bunch of tools that did not help in any way, until I read on the Internet about the American professional series for strengthening hair.
It turned out to be very budgetary, so I bought it without hesitation, I'll tell you more:

There is very little information about the Kerarganic brand, their main feature is unique keratin hair treatment and trichological series for strengthening.
I didn't expect anything special from the shampoo, the main thing is that it cleans well. But it was he who surprised the most.
As soon as you apply it to your hair, the scalp begins to tingle as if you were washing your head with red pepper. You need to lather twice and hold for 5 minutes, then rinse. The first two applications felt so stinging, but then the skin got used to it and the application became pleasant.
Hair cleanses to squeak and improves blood circulation.
Disadvantages: it dries the ends a little, but when the hair quickly leaves the head, I don't think about the ends at all.
After the shampoo has worked on the scalp, you need to apply an indelible mask to the hair roots and massage for 3-5 minutes.
I applied it at night, 2 times a week. And the mask is more like a serum in consistency. It has a natural scent and does not bake the scalp, unlike shampoo. And kudos to the manufacturers have a convenient pipette for application! I was so tormented with serums in ampoules, just awful. It is not convenient to apply and they always slip out of my hands and break.
The first two applications after active massage the hair fell out just in a bunch, it was scary and I didn't want to rub this mask anymore. But having locked my teeth, I applied it every week and here is the result after 10 applications:
Many new hairs appeared, long dormant bulbs were activated and small but proud hairs sprouted from them. The loss is still there, but it has significantly decreased. I'm afraid, to be honest, to jinx it.
I will continue to use this series, the manufacturer recommends using courses: apply to the scalp every day before going to bed for 3 months. Then a break for 3 months, if necessary, repeat the course.
I apply twice a week and I already like the result. I give a solid five.
